Many people don't realize that the choices they make throughout the day can contribute to seemingly unrelated symptoms. Using a holistic, health coaching approach, I have supported people in resolving various health problems. Through deep listening, education and supporting positive lifestyle changes, I have walked clients through issues like:

Our gut microbiome (aka. good and bad bacteria and viruses) plays a major role in our overall health. By supporting a healthy gut and reducing inflammation, we can support our bodies natural healing processes.

Weight Loss
Despite what we are told, weight loss isn't just a matter of "calories in vs. calories out." Our bodies are highly resistant to losing weight when experiencing gut issues and other stressors. Often times, weight loss happens when other, seemingly unrelated problems are addressed!

Life is busy! When we don't have ways to manage stress, our diets consist of low-nutrient foods, or we aren't getting restorative sleep, we can experience overwhelm, fatigue, and low mood.
